Milkfish Adobo
A dish that brings you home to the Philippines.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 bay leaves
- pepper
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of water
- milkfish cleaned and sliced crosswise into serving pieces
Steps
- Airfry milkfish.
- Saute onion first then garlic.
- Combine light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl. Add to the pan along with water and bay leaves.
- Add the milkfish and cook till the sauce boils. Afterwards, let it simmer for 10 minutes.
