  1. Airfry milkfish.
  2. Saute onion first then garlic.
  3. Combine light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl. Add to the pan along with water and bay leaves.
  4. Add the milkfish and cook till the sauce boils. Afterwards, let it simmer for 10 minutes.
